Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Harlow & Poppy! We hope you love your new items, but if for any reason they aren’t the perfect fit, we will gladly issue online store credit for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 14 days of order arrival. We do not offer refunds at this time. All exchanges are final sale.
Items must be returned unworn in NEW condition, unwashed and smoke, makeup, deodorant and perfume free. Please try on carefully to ensure no makeup residue. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. All sale items, accessories, jewelry, gifts, activewear, and bodysuits are FINAL SALE. If you receive a damaged item(s), please report the issue to us immediately upon delivery of your order. Please email info@harlowandpoppy.com with any issues and photos of your damaged product within 24 hours.
All customers are personally responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs will not be refunded with exchanges or online store credit.
