Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery time (UPS Ground). If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to 2 Day Express (UPS 2 Day Air) or Standard Overnight (FedEx) at checkout for an additional fee. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the order. 

*Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. If you would like a physical gift card shipped, please email kara@harlowandpoppy.com. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
